NEXT GENERATION SURVIVAL SYSTEMS
When all that
matters is survival.
Yo-YoDyne builds the machines people use when the building, the weather, and the perimeter fail. Escape Pod leaves the pad. Rally Point holds the ground. One house. Houston.

Escape Pod
Most people still picture an evacuation as a run for the stairs, or a car that may already be boxed in. The Escape Pod is for the hour when that run is not going to work. It sits in its own container, arms folded and the envelope packed, until somebody needs it. Six to eight people get in and strap down. The hatch seals, and the balloon and the rotors take the cabin up and away from whatever is happening on the ground, a fire, a flood, a storm, or a breach of the building they were just standing in. Armor and a stealth finish can be added if the site calls for it. The container is there so the machine does not have to advertise itself until the door opens.

Rally Point
Rally Point is a locker you can leave where people already are, or send in after a place has gone bad. A park can keep one for the season. A mission station can keep one behind the chapel. A ranch a long way from a well or a tower can keep one by the barn. If there is no time to drive a truck in, the same locker comes down under a parachute. Inside is water pulled from the air, enough power to run the site, a way to call out, and a sealed bay for the medical kit. It can sit quiet, or it can let people know it is there.
